Marking Gun will not print

Check that your marking gun has an ink roller installed. In many cases, the bracket used to hold the ink roller in place is missing. Please call us for a prompt replacement.

Labels will not advance. Marking gun is "jammed"

Please refer to loading instructions located on this site, or the loading instruction sheet shipped with your marking gun. Almost all loading problems are the result of label tape being improperly routed within the marking gun. As well please be sure that there is no slack in the label tape after loading.

I am unable to get my marking gun working. What do I do?

All Celamark marking guns are warranted for one year from purchase date, and on a continual basis as long as you remain a current customer and have placed an order with us, within the previous 6 month period, or are within your normal order history period. Simply call us and a replacement marking gun will be shipped immediately, and should arrive within two business days.
